Luzier Privacy Policy Any personal information (name, address, email, and credit card) you send us when submitting your "shop online" order is transmitted securely over the Internet from your computer to our Web server. When you place an order online, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. Your personal information is transmitted directly to us so that we can fill your order. We will only use your information to process, track and ship your order. Luzier Cosmetics also will retain this data (with the exception of credit card information) for customer service purposes.
The "shop online" section of the Luzier website is located on a "secure server." When you submit any personal information from the shop online order form and the registration form, the secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information before it is sent to us, protecting it against unauthorized access. The secure server access implemented on this site is the https protocol that uses Netscape's SSL (secure socket layer) security features. This allows all commerce on the Internet to be conducted as safely and securely as any other form of commerce. You do not need to be using a Netscape Web browser for your information to be sent securely. The most current browsers support SSL technology. Your browser should let you know when you're about to make a secure connection by displaying a message box. You also should see an image of an unbroken key or a lock at the bottom corner of your browser. If the message is not displayed or the image is of a broken key, your connection is not secure. If you still have concerns about using your credit card online, you may place your order by phone at 1-800-821-6632 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. Browsers We strongly suggest that you upgrade your Web browser to the most recent versions of either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. These newest versions of browsers contain features that ensure the shopping bag system will function properly. They also incorporate all of the security features that ensure you're sending your personal information securely over the Internet. If you're using America Online, you should be sure you're utilizing the most recent version of the AOL software that includes an up-to-date browser. Placing an Order Luzier Cosmetics offers three convenient ways to place an order:
  1. You can place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days per week through our online ordering system.
  2. You also may order directly by phone by calling 1-800-821-6632 from 8 am to 5 pm (CST) Monday through Friday.
  3. You can order by mail at any time. Simply go to the Mail-In Order Form, print it out and mail it in. Please be sure that your check or money order includes sufficient funds for product and shipping charges (also sales tax if you live in Missouri). Sales Tax Sales tax will be applied to any order that has a shipping address in Missouri. Sales tax will be calculated using the local sales tax rate of the Luzier Corporate office. Payment Options

We are unable to accept checks, cash, credit vouchers, or gift certificates for online orders.
Using your credit card First, enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Then fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. If you've already registered and signed in with Luzier, this information will be filled in for you. It's easy to change or make corrections to this information -- simply highlight the area you want to edit and type in the new information. It's important that you include your phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order. When you will be charged The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when we ship your order. Order Processing We generally can process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We'll process orders placed on Saturday and Sunday on the following Monday. For questions regarding the status of your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-821-6632 from 8 am to 5 pm CST, Monday through Friday; or by emailing customerservice@luzier.com. Please include your order number with all inquiries. Shipping Methods U.S. Orders (within the Continental US) will be shipped via US Postal Service or USPS Priority Mail. The Standard Shipping Charge is $7.50 per order. You should receive your order within 7-10 working days. Outside the Continental U.S. you will billed for actual air mail shipping charges. (Usually 10-14 day delivery--please note that customs may delay delivery--this is out of our control.) You will be responsible for all taxes and duty charges added to your order. Return Policy If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Luzier Cosmetics purchase, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund or exchange to: Luzier Cosmetics 5601 E 135th St. Grandview, MO 64030 Please send returns by Secure Mail so they can be tracked. Remember to include your purchase receipt. If your package was damaged in shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-800-821-6632.
